Stainless steel rivets need to be treated with anti-corrosion treatment

- May 30, 2019-

In some harsh environments, we need to avoid chemical corrosion that causes the appearance of the product to change. In the chloride, fluoride or sulfur environment, we need to use some other anti-corrosion measures to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion. Need to eliminate gaps and avoid lap joints, use corrosion inhibitors, impervious seals, increase chromium and molybdenum content, and make the quality of stainless steel rivet products more stable.

At the time of production, we apply electroplating to attach a protective layer to the outer surface of the stainless steel rivet. When we reverse this situation, that is, when a large anode surface is connected to a small cathode surface, between the two metals A small current flow will occur; therefore, special attention is required during production.
